HAIKU

a Japanese poem of seventeen syllables, in three lines of five, seven, and five, traditionally evoking images of the natural world.

TEAMWORK
Hands clasped, hearts beating,
Together we conquer all,
Teamwork leads us on.

RESPONSIBILITY
Shoulders heavy load,
Consequence of our actions,
Responsibility.

LEADERSHIP
Guiding hand leads on,
Inspiring hearts to follow,
Leadership in bloom.

DISCIPLINE
Discipline, oh strength
With diligence and focus
Blossom, the great fruits.

CHANGE
Leaves fall from the trees
Nature's way of showing change
Embrace it with grace

ACCOUNTIBILITY
Accountability,
Holding oneself responsible,
Integrity blooms.

SYSTEMS THINKING
Interconnected,
Systems thinking shows us how,
Whole is more than parts.

COLLABORATION
Hands joined in a task,
Together we create more,
Collaboration.

CONFLICT
Sharp words pierce the air,
Echoes of anger and pain,
Conflict takes its toll.

BLAME
Blame falls like the rain,
Each drop a burden to bear,
Soaked in guilt and pain.

CONSCIENTIOUSNESS
Mindful and steadfast,
Conscientiousness in all,
A life well-lived blooms.

COMPASSION
A heart full of love,
Compassion flows like a stream,
Soothing all in need.

INCLUSION
Welcoming embrace,
Diverse voices join as one,
Inclusion blooms bright.

GRATITUDE
Heart overflowing
With gratitude for each day
Blessings all around

HUMOR
Laughter echoes loud,
Jokes and wit bring us closer,
Humor heals the soul.

HUMILI TY
In quiet stillness,
Humility blooms, rooted
In grace and virtue.
 
ARTIFICAL INTELLIGENCE
Silent code humming,
Thinking beyond human minds,
AI breathes and learns.

Oh, that last one reminded me. Did I forget to mention I used AI to write these? It took me about 10 minutes. My apologies to the purists.

The takeaway: Content is no longer king. The new skill is knowing the right question to ask the AI. This AI was Chat GPT.
