Leadership Book

This is the last, best, little Leadership book you’ll ever need.  Why?  Because it is succinct, and it has all the basic and sometimes integral strategies a leader needs to be successful.  

It will stop a leader from making major mistakes.  Many times, effective leadership goes against what our intuition or gut might tell us is the right thing to do.  This book sets you straight and often explains why, what feels right, won’t work right, if at all.  Too often, good leaders, with the best of intentions, demoralize their people and cause unnecessary grief.

It is a quick, easy, entertaining read.  It gets to the point and moves on.  It is light on theory and heavy on day-in-day-out practical strategies.  I can almost guarantee that if you take one or two ideas from the book and apply them, you will find your leadership days easier and much more enjoyable.  What have you got to lose, a little money?  Isn’t that less of a risk than losing your career!  Buy the book, that’s my recommendation (but, of course, I am biased).
